About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager, Data & AI to lead end-to-end delivery of complex data and AI engagements across the APAC region. Based in Singapore, this role sits at the intersection of technical execution, client leadership, and business impact.
You will be responsible for driving successful delivery across data platform, analytics, and AI initiatives—ensuring high-quality outcomes, scalable solutions, and strong stakeholder alignment. As a senior leader within the practice, you will partner closely with clients, global leadership, and technology partners (Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku) to translate business challenges into actionable, high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Execution
- Own full delivery lifecycle of data & AI programs—from discovery through deployment and optimization
- Ensure delivery excellence across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Provide technical oversight across data engineering, analytics, and ML workstreams
- Establish and enforce delivery standards, governance, and best practices
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Lead implementation on modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku)
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (data engineers, ML engineers, analysts, data scientists) across global locations
- Drive performance management, coaching, and team development
- Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
- Manage resource planning across multiple concurrent engagements
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary delivery lead for senior client stakeholders (VP, C-level)
- Build trusted advisor relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery
- Lead executive governance forums (steering committees, QBRs, status updates)
- Drive stakeholder alignment and manage expectations in complex environments
- Identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives
CPG & Retail Domain Leadership
- Apply industry expertise to shape high-impact use cases (demand forecasting, trade optimization, supply chain analytics, personalization)
- Translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions
- Support client data strategy, maturity assessments, and platform modernization
- Stay current on industry trends and AI innovation in CPG and retail
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in data/analytics delivery, consulting, or technical program management
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end data and AI solutions in client-facing environments
- 3+ years of experience in CPG or retail domain
- Strong expertise in modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, orchestration, data modeling, ML Ops)
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large-scale engagements ($1M+ budgets)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dataiku, Databricks, or Snowflake (certifications a plus)
- Familiarity with CPG-focused AI use cases (demand sensing, promotion analytics, assortment optimization)
- Background in consulting or systems integration environments
- Experience working with APAC clients and regulatory frameworks
- MBA or advanced degree
- Additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa) are an advantage
