Program Manager – Wealth Platform Conversion

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex, large-scale migration and conversion from legacy applications to the Broadridge R-Wealth platform. This high-impact initiative spans wealth operations, investment management, finance, and downstream systems across the Canadian wealth business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end program leadership for the conversion initiative, from planning through stabilization
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, key milestones, and cross-workstream dependencies
• Lead execution, mock conversions, cutover activities, and post-migration stabilization
• Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and inter-team/vendor dependencies, driving timely mitigation
• Coordinate closely with client business units, Broadridge, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and delivery
• Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive-level updates in accordance with client delivery standards
• Ensure compliance with client governance frameworks, Canadian securities regulations, and audit requirements

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in financial services, including 5+ years in wealth management
• Proven success leading large-scale data migration and platform conversion programs (Broadridge R-Wealth experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of Canadian wealth management operations, including mutual funds, securities, and holdings data
• Experience with mainframe-to-modern platform migrations (SMS or similar legacy mutual fund systems is a strong asset)
• In-depth knowledge of Broadridge R-Wealth onboarding, data flows, and downstream integrations
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset
