Job Title: Project Manager – Enterprise Platform Implementation
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a large-scale enterprise platform. This individual will be responsible for driving successful project delivery while ensuring adherence to established governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
The Project Manager will partner closely with Business, Technology, Security, Compliance, Operations, and Vendor teams to coordinate activities, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure all project milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Delivery Management
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal project governance frameworks, policies, risk controls, and audit requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, schedules, status reports, and project artifacts.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues that may impact timelines or delivery objectives.
- Establish effective reporting mechanisms, including executive-level dashboards, steering committee updates, and status communications.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate to support successful delivery.
- Drive accountability across teams through structured project management practices, action tracking, and governance oversight.
Stakeholder, Risk & Change Management
- Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Business, Technology, Security, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure ownership of project commitments and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, track, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies through resolution.
- Lead change management activities, ensuring proper governance, impact assessment, documentation, and approval processes.
- Escalate critical issues and facilitate timely decision-making to maintain project momentum and delivery schedules.
Testing, Communication & Execution Support
- Oversee testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness assessments.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, working sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Document meeting outcomes, maintain action logs, and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.
- Provide clear, concise, and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- PMP Certification required.
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-scale technology or platform implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in fast-paced, complex environments.
