About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Avolution ABACUS to design, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that align with business objectives. This role will focus on driving strategic architecture initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards, and enabling digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
- Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
- Avolution ABACUS Expertise
- Configure and manage ABACUS for modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Create and maintain architecture models, frameworks, and visualizations in ABACUS.
- Perform impact analysis and scenario planning using ABACUS capabilities.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and solution architects to align architecture with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate architecture decisions.
- Technology & Innovation
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and cloud migration projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Avolution ABACUS (modeling, configuration, reporting).
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, and other EA frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with data architecture, integration patterns, and cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Certification in TOGAF or similar EA frameworks.
